PROLOGIS – La Bisbal del Penedés
Onilsa is building the largest logistics complex to date in Catalonia for the logistics developer Prologis, with a surface area of 80,097 m2. The state-of-the-art building will have the latest control and management features. The use of BIM methodology in the planning and control of costs (4D and 5D), demonstrates Onilsa’s capabilities in the development of large logistics facilities in a short time frame delivering high standards of quality and meeting the needs of its clients.
