Onilsa has built a new logistics park designed by Merlin Logística in the “La Campa” industrial estate in Meco (Madrid). Three logistics facilities have been built with a surface area of 59,985 m2 on a 88,000 m2 plot. It is the first building promoted by Merlin Logística to be 100% owned by the REIT Merlin Properties. In addition, it is also the first logistics building developed entirely using BIM in Spain; design, construction and maintenance.

The buildings can accommodate between one to four tenants and provide 4,016 m2 of office space. They have been awarded the Leed Platinum sustainability certification. The construction work was completed in just eleven months owing to the use of BIM methodology.
