Building warranties provided in accordance with the Spanish Building Code are shorter than those provided by manufacturers of cars, electrical appliances and other consumer goods, and yet, buildings are the highest value item on a company’s balance sheet.

Warrant Plus

The Onilsa Warrant PLUS contract provides a comprehensive three year warranty for your building. The warranty covers flooring, doors, roofs, etc. as part of a package of services ranging from the implementation of the project to the maintenance of the building over the same time period.
