Code of ethics

Onilsa was founded in 2011 drawing on the experience of a group of professionals with over 20 years’ experience in non-residential private construction, and has the backing of two major partners from the Spanish industrial and logistics sectors.

Since its creation it has undertaken global building projects in the logistics, industrial and business sectors, acting in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations and with integrity, to ensure the highest levels of ethics and quality

By developing this Code of Ethics Onilsa seeks to guarantee this integrity and conduct, and extend its business philosophy to both its workforce and stakeholders using the following strategy formulation:

Employees

Onilsa supports diversity, equal opportunities, health, safety and respect for all employees at their workplace. In all cases, the Code of Ethics defines the expected behaviour of employees in regard to ethical issues, those relating to the organisation’s commitments in that area or in regard to applicable regulations.

Onilsa applies a “zero” tolerance approach to malpractice in ethics and integrity and expects its employees to demonstrate a standard of conduct in accordance with the principals of this Code and its governing standards.

In order to evaluate the level of compliance of Onilsa employees with annual objectives, their level of commitment to the provisions of this Code will be evaluated.

Clients

Onilsa is committed to providing its services whilst employing the best possible levels of quality, commitment and loyalty and is dedicated to fulfilling all agreed obligations.

Day-to-day management of its clients is based on transparency, collaboration and respecting information confidentiality.

Suppliers and subcontractors

Transactions with suppliers and subcontractors are conducted according to the legislation in force, our own regulations and regulations on human rights, working conditions, the environment and ethical conduct. Onilsa employees must also ensure commitment from suppliers and guard against all forms of corruption.

One key requirement Onilsa expects its suppliers and subcontractors to meet is the demonstration by suppliers of a commitment to conduct aligned with that expressed in this Code of Ethics. In particular they must respect the confidentiality of information, and comply with legislation governing the sector.

Civil servants and government representatives

Our relationships must be based on honesty and integrity, with particular vigilance in regard to strict compliance with legislation and standards, and the fight against corruption.

Competitors

Onilsa engages in honest competition in the markets in which it operates, fully respecting current legislation relating to competition protection. The company maintains active channels of collaboration with its competitors to pursue objectives of common interest.
